He responded by saying that the online representative did not have the authority to do that and was incorrect, so he would talk to him, but that price could not be met. I did the math and told the sales manager that ordering that quote with that discount would be less expensive than the quote we received from him. Perhaps the final, most frustrating moment was when we shared a quote that the online chat representative had given us for the shirts, stating that a 10% "summer save" discount could be applied to that as well. Instead, we felt unappreciated and like it didn't matter to him whether we decided to stay your customers or not. The prices were adjusted slightly to come closer to our budget, but what was more frustrating was the attitude we received from someone we hoped would assist us and make us feel like valued customers. We spoke with the sales manager, and we felt that the customer service he offered was subpar to say the least. After chatting online about our order, we decided to call for better live assistance. Had we not been on such a time constraint and already had the designs done up with the company, we would have honestly preferred to order elsewhere due to the customer service we experienced. We placed a new order for shirts (order #*******) for a total of $1458.33 including tax. All I have asked for is for them to stick to their deadline like they claim they are so good about-instead I have to pay more for their delay. Their customer service does not show any regard for their customers and is extremely unresponsive. So now I have paid that $400 just to (hopefully) receive my order on the day the invoice says its to be delivered by anyways. The current status shows delivery on the 6th so I'm not sure where customer service came up with the 7th-11th but nonetheless they charged my card $400 without calling to confirm that with me like they said they would. They gave me no other resolution so basically I have to pay $400 or risk not getting them in time. They tell me it could be the 7th-11th because of a grace period (I have found nothing about a grace period on their terms) and if I wanted it by the 6th I would have to pay nearly $400 to expedite it even though that is the date on my invoice. I received a notfication that delivery was looking more like the 7th so I contacted customer service to check on the status. Attached is a picture of my invoice that states delivery date of October 6th. On September 16th I placed an order for t-shirts from this company. It’s ridiculous how much of a hassle you have to go through. I just don’t want the hoodies and would really just want to return them and get my money back. I even sent another email to then on Octoand still no response. I sent them an email on the October 22, and I have yet to hear from them. I’m not one of those people who keeps the product. And I even asked for a return shipping label to send them the hoodies back. At this point I didn’t want the hoodies any more so I emailed them again asking for a full refund cause I’m not happy. I was sent an email on October 21 stated that they would fix and reprint the hoodie. On October 19 I received an email asking for me to send in pictures and explained what was wrong which I did to that very same night. So I immediately emailed them that night. And I was not happy the picture was never made bigger at all. My hoodies were delivered on October 18, 2022. I got a response the within 24 hours stated ****** had forwarded my message to the creators and the picture would be made bigger. I emailed that very same night I placed the order when I realize how small the picture would look on the back of the hoodies. I emailed them about an issue with the printing on the back of hoodie I wanted the picture to be made larger. Hi So I placed an order with them on October 13, 2022.
